1. Scope and Applicability
This Refund and Return Policy forms an integral part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) executed between OswalAirTravels.com Private Limited (“Travel Company”) and Mind Leaders Learning India Private Limited (“Client”).
It governs all refunds and returns arising from air ticket bookings and related travel services facilitated under this Agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility
a. Refunds will be processed only for tickets cancelled in accordance with the cancellation rules of the respective airline or service provider.
b. The Travel Company shall not be liable to initiate refunds for tickets where cancellation is not permitted as per airline policy.
c. Refund requests must be initiated by the Client through the registered official email ID as mentioned in the MOU.
3. Refund Duration
a. All eligible refunds shall be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation received from the respective airline or service provider.
b. In case of delays beyond the stipulated time due to airline, banking, or third-party system constraints, the Travel Company shall not be held responsible for any consequential delay.
4. Refund Charges
a. For Domestic Air Tickets – INR 150 + GST per person per sector shall be deducted as service charge, in addition to any airline-imposed charges.
b. For International Air Tickets – INR 500 + GST per person per sector shall be deducted as service charge, in addition to any airline-imposed charges.
5. Mode of Refund
All refunds shall be made through bank transfer or adjustment in future billing under the same account name as per the payment method used at the time of booking.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund shall be applicable in cases of:
- No-show by the traveler,
- Partially utilized tickets,
- Bookings made under promotional fares marked as non-refundable by airlines.
