1. Applicability
This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made by Mind Leaders Learning India Pvt. Ltd. through OswalAirTravels.com Pvt. Ltd., under the existing MOU.

2. Cancellation Requests
a. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Client’s official registered email ID or through the designated WhatsApp number (+91 9899074414), as per the MOU.
b. The Travel Company shall process cancellations only after confirmation is received from the respective airline.

3. Cancellation Duration and Charges
a. Domestic Tickets:
- Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure: Airline charges + INR 150 + GST per person per sector.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure: Airline charges + INR 300 + GST per person per sector.

b. International Tickets:
- Cancellation made more than 72 hours prior to departure: Airline charges + INR 500 + GST per person per sector.
- Cancellation made within 72 hours of departure: Airline charges + INR 1,000 + GST per person per sector.

4. No-Show or Late Cancellation
If cancellation or modification is not received prior to departure, the booking shall be treated as a No-Show, and no refund shall be applicable except as per airline policy.

5. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
In the event of flight cancellations or delays by the airline, the refund will be governed solely by the respective airline’s refund and rebooking policies.

6. Communication and Record
All communication regarding cancellations and refunds shall be maintained in written or electronic format for record-keeping and audit purposes.
