early check inn and late check out. If due to clients own personal reason the
package is missed or cancelled then Oswalairtravels.com are not financially liable to pay clients .For
extra bed only mattresses will be provided by the hotels. During high altitude

for any health related mishap if it is not disclosed beforehand. Oswalairtravels.com
are not liable for any travel insurance claim rejection in case of incomplete
documentation and supplier’s requirement. If clients miss the flight and
thereby the tour then it would be completely non-refundable. There will not be
any date change option. Oswalairtravels.com are not committing the time slot of
the helicopter rides and if clients miss it then Oswalairtravels.com are not
liable to pay clients back. Oswalairtravels.com are fully committed to our customers to
provide the best servicers but if the services mentioned in the vouchers are
not provide by the suppliers then clients need to inform us immediately. Late
information will not help clients and neither will be financially adjusted. If by
mistake there is any loss of property of the service provider by the client then
clients have to compensate them Oswalairtravels.com are not liable for the

administration or the hotel administrative authority then the clients cannot
object to it. If the clients is caught with any disputes with the service

possible. .If clients have any complaints please do inform our legal team or
senior authority at least ten working days before the complaint filling day. Other
than the above issues if there is any further legal issues cropping up it would
